Phase 1 — Before You Start the Switch

Phase 2 — Start With Your New Provider (While Still on Found)

Complete payment and await provider review 24–48 hrs

Watch for VialsRX tracking email 5–10 business days
VialsRX prepares and ships within 5–10 business days. Save the tracking email — it's your signal to initiate Found cancellation. Do not cancel Found until this arrives.
Phase 3 — Cancel Found (Only After New Medication Ships)

What Happens to Your Found Coaching Data
When your Found subscription cancels, you lose access to the Found app and all in-app content: health coach conversations, habit tracking history, and community access. Found does not prominently offer a data export feature. Take screenshots or notes before your cancellation effective date if you want to preserve anything.
Your historical weight and measurement data, if tracked in the Found app, is not automatically transferable. Start a simple weight log in a notes app, MyFitnessPal, or spreadsheet immediately after switching to maintain continuity.
