Luma Health is committed to transparency and fairness in all aspects of our services. Please carefully review our refund policy below.
Refunds are granted only under the following two circumstances:
A full refund will be issued if a Luma Health medical provider determines during the initial consultation that a patient is not medically eligible for treatment. This determination is made based on established medical guidelines.
Important Note: If the disqualifying medical condition or criteria was knowingly omitted or misrepresented in the initial qualification questionnaire — as evidenced by contradictions between your questionnaire responses and information disclosed during the consultation — you will not be eligible for a refund.
A full refund will be issued in cases where a billing error occurred due to a processing mistake by Luma Health, such as a duplicate or incorrect charge.
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
Once the initial medical intake has been submitted, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable. This is due to the medical and pharmacy resources involved, including provider review, prescription processing, and shipping logistics.
Once payment has been made, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable. These products are prepared and allocated as part of an individual treatment plan and cannot be restocked or reused for safety and compliance reasons.
If a subscription is canceled after a charge has already been processed, the cancellation will prevent future charges but previously processed payments are non-refundable.
To request a refund under eligible conditions, the request must be submitted within 15 days prior to your next order date and must be sent in writing to: [email protected].
If a subscription is cancelled after the 15-day window, a 10% credit will be issued as long as the medication has not yet been shipped.
By purchasing any Luma Health product or service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
All prescription medications provided through Luma Health are prescribed by licensed healthcare providers based on individual medical evaluation. Patients understand and acknowledge that:
Luma Health does not guarantee treatment outcomes and is not responsible for a patient's individual response, lack of response, or any side effects experienced. Patients agree to promptly report any adverse reactions to their prescribing provider and seek emergency medical care when necessary.
By proceeding with services, patients acknowledge that they understand the potential risks and variability of outcomes associated with prescription medications.
